I am a Qualified and experienced Midwife, Nurse, NLP Practitioner, and have Counselling Skills Qualifications. As the founder of Recognize, I’ve experienced first hand the toll of insufficient perinatal mental health support. After suffering from postnatal depression, I realised the system had failed me - and countless others.
